Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, Sales,Inventory,Operations Planning (SIOP) and logistics processes, with experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean & Six Sigma
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and lead through ambiguity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service, to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives with Lean principles to streamline operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement and effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including new markets, products, and services, and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
