Job Description

Your technical skills can help save lives! LaSalle Network is hiring a Help Desk Technician to support hospitals, clinics, and medical offices by ensuring their technology runs smoothly. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be the first line of defense in solving IT challenges for healthcare professionals.

Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite IT support for essential healthcare systems and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Install and configure medical and IT equipment, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Perform system updates, security scans, and routine maintenance
  • Partner with IT teams and vendors to address complex technical issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and solutions
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
  • Manage IT inventory, track usage, and order necessary equipment
  • Stay ahead of the curve by participating in training and professional development
Help Desk Technician Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; technical certifications or associate degree preferred
  • Passion for IT and interest in healthcare technology
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication skills to support non-technical users
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
