We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Manager/Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a Social Media Manager/Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will provide valuable support to our agents and team lead while managing and creating content for our social media platforms. Your attention to detail, outgoing personality, and organizational skills will be key in helping our team continue to grow and succeed.

Compensation:
$20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing training support to agents on a variety of topics, including technology platforms, social media, and other relevant tasks.
Assist the team lead in managing the group, tracking agent performance, and supporting onboarding/training for new agents.
Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, ensuring it promotes our agents and engages our audience.
Support recruitment efforts by assisting in outreach and coordination of potential new agents.
Help with scheduling team events, including social gatherings and training sessions.
This role is 20 hours per week, with hours from 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Friday. You will alternate between our main Worthington office and our remote team office in Clintonville.

Qualifications:

A real estate license is a plus, but not required. This position is an excellent way to gain experience that can contribute to a real estate career.
A friendly, outgoing personality is essential for success in this role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is important.
Experience with tools like Canva, Excel, and video editing software is a plus.
