Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One. **Job Description** Reviews and interprets trust agreements, wills and other estate planning documents where the bank is acting as trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, guardian, depositor, or agent. Coordinates information between clients, external attorneys and internal specialists to ensure accurate, timely and efficient estate settlement. Administers accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and business line policies and procedures. Successful incumbents possess effective communication skills, problem solving skills, appropriate functional and technical skills for core estate administration, the ability to multitask, meet service standards and are focused on the customer. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience + Eight or more years of personal trust and/or estate planning experience **Preferred Skills/Experience** + Advanced knowledge of estate settlement, gifting, income, estate and multi-generational taxation and trusts + Advanced knowledge of fiduciary services + Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills + Ability to make critical decisions independently + Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills + Knowledge of Trust/Estate Settlement in California a plus The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first.
